CE09 Enchanted Veil

I was worried the glitter would be too chunky, but it's a fine, shimmering dust that catches the light beautifully. The cat-eye effect with the magnet is surprisingly easy to achieve and gives such a deep, multidimensional look. Definitely a new favorite for my nail art kit.
